How do you know when my warranty ends?
Where we have a reviewed rule (today: Turkey and Germany), we estimate the legal guarantee from the purchase date and label it “Estimated”. Manufacturer warranties differ by brand, so you add that date from the box or the warranty card. Without a reviewed rule you’ll see “Warranty end date not verified” instead of a guess.
Who can see my receipts?
Only you, and household members you explicitly allow. Receipts are stored privately and open only while you’re signed in. Product photos are used to show your item, so don’t use a photo of a document as the product photo. If you use “Fill in from a receipt”, the file is sent to Google Gemini to be read; it isn’t used to train Google’s models.
How do I sign in?
With your Google or Apple account. MyProds never sees your password.
Will you sell my data?
No. Your receipts and ownership records are not something we sell.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Settings → Export my data downloads everything you’ve entered, on any plan. You can delete your account there too.
