MyProds stores your account, the products you add, warranty dates and the receipt images you upload.

Receipt images are stored privately. Only you, and household members you explicitly allow, can open them while signed in. Serial numbers are stored encrypted and never appear on public pages.

We do not sell receipts or ownership data. You can export everything or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting the account removes your products and receipt files.

If you use “Fill in from a receipt”, that file is sent to Google’s Gemini service so it can be read. It is not used to train Google’s models. Only what was read (shop, date, amounts, products) is kept, so reading the same file again is free.
